Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Commitment.

Virtute prohibits bribery and corruption in all forms, whether direct or indirect, and in dealings with public officials or private parties.

The company is being established to operate in line with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the U.K. Bribery Act, and equivalent international standards.

Prohibited conduct

Facilitation payments of any kind.
Improper gifts, hospitality, or entertainment intended to influence a decision.
Undisclosed third-party intermediaries acting on the company's behalf.

Compliance policies, training, and confidential reporting channels will be implemented prior to commencement of commercial operations.
