Virtute will operate in full compliance with applicable export-control and sanctions regimes.

Virtute is committed to compliance with the export-control and sanctions regimes administered by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United Nations, as well as the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.

Operating commitments

Appropriate licensing for manufacturing, supply, and export activity.
End-use and end-user verification on all material engagements.
Restricted-party and sanctions screening prior to onboarding.
Strategic-goods and dual-use controls where applicable.

Virtute will not knowingly engage with sanctioned parties, embargoed jurisdictions, or unauthorized end uses.
